Commercial processing

In the course of the commercial processing of an order, personal data such as the name of the contact person, his e-mail address and/or telephone number (sometimes also further data) are also mentioned by us on the documents such as invoice, commercial letter of confirmation, order confirmation, delivery note and the like in addition to the company-related data. These documents are passed on to our tax consultant for accounting purposes and also processed there. According to the legal regulations we are obliged to keep these documents for ten years.
In the event of a dispute, these documents will also be made available to a lawyer for examination.

In addition, we are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and handle sensitive data in accordance with the required specifications and our management manual.
